衢江区桂花饼制作技艺是浙江衢州的非物质文化遗产。端午、中秋、过年，空心桂花饼是不少人的首选佳品。

外形扁圆，内层空心，皮薄而脆，饼面粘满白芝麻，饼内壁有饴糖，饴糖上粘有桂花瓣。

From Quzhou, Zhejiang comes the hollow osmanthus mooncake — a crusty, hollow pastry covered in white sesame seeds. Inside, a layer of maltose syrup is sprinkled with osmanthus petals, offering a delicate balance of crispness and floral sweetness.
