万园之园——圆明园

The Old Summer Palace

2024年11月伊始，君谊星星多元综合发展班的师生们开启了“文化之旅---移动课堂”之《万园之园---圆明园 》学科融合实践性学习活动。

At the beginning of November 2024, the teachers and students of Junyi Xingxing Multi-comprehensive Development Class launched a subject-integrated practical learning activity titled "The Garden of Gardens—The Old Summer Palace" as part of the "Cultural Journey—Mobile Classroom" series.

为了让同学们更好地探究圆明园之美，了解其兴衰历程以及西洋楼景观风格的中西交融、大水法的喷泉原理等，老师们将相关学科知识与爱国主义教育进行有机融合，以《万园之园---圆明园 》为题设计了学习单。围绕学习单内容将改课程分为三部分实施。

To enable students to explore the beauty of the Old Summer Palace, understand its rise and fall, and learn about the fusion of Chinese and Western styles in the Western Mansions, as well as the fountain mechanisms of the Grand Waterworks, teachers have thoughtfully integrated relevant subject knowledge with patriotic education. A learning guide titled "The Garden of Gardens—The Old Summer Palace" was designed. Based on the guide's content, this course is implemented in three main parts.

01走近圆明园

秋游

圆明园作为中国清代的大型皇家园林，不仅汇集了江南若干名园胜景，还移植了西方园林建筑，集古今中外造园艺术之大成，堪称人类文化的宝库之一。

As a large imperial garden of the Qing Dynasty, the Old Summer Palace (Yuanmingyuan) not only gathered the finest landscapes of several famous gardens from Jiangnan, but also incorporated Western garden architecture. It represents the culmination of garden design artistry from both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign traditions, making it one of the great treasures of human culture.

为了更好地让师生们感悟圆明园魅力，2024年11月1日斑马书院的焦校长在校为师生们上了一节生动的“魅力圆明园”课程，焦校长对圆明园建城、建筑规模及被毁灭的过程进行了细致的讲解，为师生们走进圆明园，更好了解圆明园奠定了基础。

To help teachers and students better appreciate the charm of the Old Summer Palace, Principal Jiao from Banma Academy gave an engaging lesson titled "The Charm of the Old Summer Palace" on November 1, 2024. During the class, Principal Jiao provided a detailed explanation of the construction of the Old Summer Palace, its architectural scale, and the process of its destruction. This lesson laid a solid foundation for the teachers and students to enter the Old Summer Palace and gain a deeper understanding of its historical significance.

02走进圆明园

2024年11月4日，君谊星星多元综合发展班的师生们走进了层林尽染，流光溢彩的圆明园。

走进圆明园首先映入眼帘的是令人震撼的金黄的银杏叶与蓝天并肩，一眼望去好似一条金色长龙，暖黄的叶片铺满路面，秋风吹过，点点黄色盘旋飘落，如同走进梦幻般的童话世界。

On November 4, 2024, the teachers and students of JunYi Xingxing Multi-comprehensive Development Class entered the vibrant and colorful Old Summer Palace, which was ablaze with autumn hues.

As they entered the Old Summer Palace, the first sight that captured their attention was the breathtaking golden ginkgo leaves, standing in contrast against the blue sky. At a glance, the scene resembled a golden dragon stretching across the landscape. The warm yellow leaves covered the ground, and as the autumn breeze blew, the yellow leaves swirled and fell gently, creating a magical, dreamlike atmosphere, as if stepping into a fairytale world.

接着师生们来到了著名的圆明园遗址西洋楼景区，这里是圆明园中最为独特和引人注目的地方，它不但融合了中西建筑艺术的精华，而且彰显出极高的建筑与艺术的造诣， 虽然如今只剩下断壁残垣，仍然让人能感受到曾经的壮丽与辉煌。看到此情此景，站在大水法前，同学们不由自主的诵读起了《少年中国说》，表达出了勿忘国耻，发奋图强，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而努力奋斗！

Next, the teachers and students visited the famous Western Mansions area of the Old Summer Palace ruins. This is the most unique and striking part of the Old Summer Palace, where the finest elements of both Chinese and Western architectural styles are seamlessly integrated. It reflects an extraordinary level of architectural and artistic achievement. Though today only broken walls and ruins remain, one can still sense the grandeur and brilliance that once existed. Standing before the Grand Waterworks, the students were moved and spontaneously recited the poem "The Youth of China" , expressing their resolve to never forget national humiliation, to strive for strength, and to work hard for the realization of the Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

作为“万园之园”的圆明园有着丰富的学科资源，深秋时节，各种树木尽显风采，层林尽染，同学们将拾捡到的五彩缤纷的树叶制作成非遗“蓝晒”作品，通过“蓝晒”技艺体验，孩子们既明白了其中的科学原理，又感悟到了圆明园独特魅力所在。

As the "Garden of Gardens," the Old Summer Palace is rich in interdisciplinary resources. In the late autumn, the trees are in full display, with the forested areas transformed into a vibrant palette of colors. The students gathered a variety of colorful leaves and created blueprint (cyanotype) artworks, an intangible cultural heritage technique. Through the process of blueprint making, the children not only understood the scientific principles behind the technique, but also deepened their appreciation for the unique charm of the Old Summer Palace.

03我爱圆明园

通过本次《万园之园---圆明园》课程，不但让师生们领略了皇家园林的壮丽与精美，更让师生们深刻感受到了中华文化的博大精深和独特魅力。在感叹与惋惜之余，更加坚定了师生们的文化自信与民族复兴的信念，激发了师生的爱国情怀。

Through this "The Garden of Gardens—The Old Summer Palace" course, both teachers and students not only admired the grandeur and beauty of the imperial garden, but also deeply felt the profound richness and unique charm of Chinese culture. While expressing awe and regret, the experience further strengthened their cultural confidence and belief in national rejuvenation, igniting a strong sense of patriotism among both the teachers and students.
