Hailing from Malaysia, Mr. Ng’s distinguished career epitomizes the service values of The Ritz-Carlton. Mr. Ng forged his service ethos at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Dubai and spearheaded pre-openings for six iconic properties The St. Regis Qingdao, The Ritz-Carlton Xi’an, The Ritz-Carlton Haikou, The Ritz-Carlton Macau, The Ritz-Carlton Nanjing, and W Shanghai-The Bund.

While curating Michelin-starred dining experiences, Mr. Ng led F&B teams to achieve remarkable growth in GOP, profitability, and guest satisfaction metrics. Before joining The Ritz-Carlton Sanya, Yalong Bay, Mr. Ng acted as Director of Operations of The St. Regis Shanghai.
