4月9日,申亚集团与DFS迪斐世集团在三亚举行签约仪式,双方将联手打造三亚首个世界级奢侈品零售休闲娱乐胜地——申亚迪斐世DFS亚龙湾项目,该项目计划于2026年前建成。
据介绍,该项目整体规模19万平方米,计划引入超1000个国际品牌,涵盖时装箱包、美妆香水、腕表珠宝、酒类、高档餐饮、食品饮料等多个品类。
02|Shenya Group cooperated with DFS Group
Shenya Group and DFS Group held a signing ceremony in Sanya on 9 April, and the two sides will jointly build Sanya's first world-class luxury retail leisure and entertainment resort - Shenya7& DFS Yalong Bay, which is planned to be completed before 2026.
According to reports, the overall scale of the project is 190,000 square meters, and it plans to introduce more than 1,000 international brands, covering fashion bags, cosmetics, perfumes, watches& jewelry, alcohol, high-end catering, food& beverage and other categories.

03|Universal's Epic Universe revealed more details
Universal Orlando Resort has revealed more details about its Epic Universe theme park. "How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk" will feature family roller coaster Hiccup's Wing Gliders, Dragon Racer's Rally and Fyre Drill. There is also an interactive entertainment called Viking Training Camp. Visitors can also enjoy a live performance of The Untrainable Dragon.
04|全球首个皇家马德里主题公园在迪拜正式开放

04|The world's first Real Madrid World opened in Dubai
The highly anticipated Real Madrid World opened in Dubai Parks and Resorts on 9 April, which is the world's first and only football and basketball theme park featuring the Real Madrid club.
The park reportedly features more than 40 original Real Madrid themed experiences and attractions, offering visitors a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with football icons. Fans can also buy official Real Madrid merchandise there.

继太二老坛酸菜鱼、农耕记、呷哺呷哺等餐饮品牌陆续登陆香港开店之后,木屋烧烤也进军香港市场,计划连开两家分店,其中旺角店将于4月15日开业。
木屋烧烤2003年在深圳创立,主打提供价格相宜的烧烤和串烧,目前已在全国18座城市布局了220余家直营店。
01|MUWU BBQ opening store in Hong Kong
After Chinese Sauerkraut Fish, Nonggengji, Xiabu Xiabu and other catering brands landing in Hong Kong, MUWU BBQ barbecue plans to open two stores in Hong Kong, of which Mong Kok store will be opened on 15 April.
Founded in Shenzhen in 2003, MUWU BBQ focuses on providing affordable barbecue, and now has more than 220 stores in 18 cities in China.

02|Pop Mart opened pop-up in Paris Galeries Lafayette
Pop Mart’s pop-up store, located in the flagship store of Galeries Lafayette, officially opened on 5 April. The store attracted a large number of French consumers and the pop-up store will last until August.

05|7-11首次在中国试水无人机配送服务
近日,广东7-Eleven与美团无人机正式达成合作,首次在中国深圳试水无人机配送服务。商品装箱后最快4分钟就能送达降落点,配送速度比之前快了将近10分钟。
7-Eleven目前上线商品种类超3000种,其中鲜食商品有近百种。未来,随着更多门店上线,该服务将覆盖景区、高校等更多场景。
05|SevenEleven is testing drone delivery services in China for the first time
Recently, Guangdong SevenEleven and Meituan Drone officially reached a cooperation to test the water of drone delivery service in Shenzhen, China. Goods can be packed and delivered to the landing point in as fast as 4 minutes, which is nearly 10 minutes faster than before.
At present, SevenEleven has more than 3,000 kinds of online products, including nearly 100 kinds of fresh food. In the future, the service will cover more stores in scenic spots and universities.

02|Richemont has restarted the sale of YNAP
It is reported that Swiss luxury goods group Richemont intends to restart the spin-off of its luxury e-commerce business Yoox Net-A-Porter (hereinafter referred to as YNAP).
Richemont has appointed Goldman Sachs to manage the transaction. Mytheresa, a German luxury e-commerce company, is among the potential bidders. Private equity firm Bain Capital and British private equity firm Permira are also considering bids.
