Peoplefrom 59 countries who travel to Hainan with ordinary passports andreceived by travel agencies set up in Hainan can enter China fromports open to Hainan, stay in the administrative region of Hainanprovince for 30 days, and are not allowed to travel to other areas ofChina without approval.
59个国家人员持普通护照赴海南旅游，由在海南设立的旅行社接待，可从海南对外开放口岸免办签证入境，在海南省行政区域内停留30天，不得未经批准前往中国境内其他地区。

First,expand the visa-free entry channels for foreigners, expand theinvitation and reception mode of travel agencies to foreigners todeclare visa-free entry or receive visa-free entry through unitinvitation;
一是拓宽外国人免签入境渠道，将旅行社邀请接待模式扩展为外国人自行申报免签入境或通过单位邀请接待免签入境；
