中国商务签证申请材料
The China Business Visa (i.e. M Visa) is for those who are conducting business and trade activities in China (excluding internships in China) for a stay generally not exceeding 90 days. The number of entries is one. Twice. Multiple times in six months and more than one year. Under the reciprocal arrangement for U.S.-China visas, U.S. citizens may apply for an M visa for more than ten years, provided that the passport is valid for more than one year. Generally, foreigners with a regular business visa M visa can extend their business visa for 1-3 months at a time.
中国商务签证（即M签证）是为在中国进行商业贸易活动（不包括在中国实习）的人员提供的，停留时间一般不超过90天。入境次数为一次。两次。半年多次，一年以上。根据中美签证的互惠安排，美国公民可以申请十年以上的M签证，但护照的有效期必须超过一年。一般来说，持有普通商务签证M签证的外国人可以每次延长1-3个月的商务签证。
Application Materials
办理材料
1. Passport: valid for more than 6 months. Original passport with blank visa page and 1 copy of passport information page.

2. Visa application form and photo: 1 copy of "Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China" and 1 visa photo (48X33mm) with colorful white background pasted on the application form.
2.签证申请表及照片:1份《中华人民共和国签证申请表》及1张贴在申请表上的彩色白色背景签证照片(48X33mm)。
3. The original and a copy of the applicant's valid ID card.

4. Proof of legal stay or residence (for those who do not apply for a visa in their country of nationality): If you do not apply for a visa in your country of nationality, you must provide a valid certificate of legal stay, residence, work or study or a valid visa original and a copy.
4.合法停留或居留证明（适用于不在国籍国申请签证的人):不在国籍国申请签证的，需提供合法停留、居留、工作、学习的有效证明或有效签证原件及复印件。

6. Invitation letter issued by the relevant Chinese organization. The invitation letter should include the following contents: ① Personal information of the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc. ②Visiting information of the invitee: purpose of coming to China, date of arrival and departure, place of visit, relationship with the invitee or the invitee, source of expenses, etc. ③Inviting unit or personal information: the name of the inviting unit or the name of the individual, contact telephone number, address, seal of the unit, signature of the legal representative or the inviter, etc. ④If the inviter is registered in China, he/she should submit a copy of business license and company legal person ID card.
6.中国有关单位出具的邀请函。邀请函应包括以下内容： ①被邀请人个人信息：姓名、性别、出生日期、护照号等。 ②被邀请人访问信息：来华目的、抵离日期、访问地点、与被邀请人或被邀请人的关系、费用来源等。 ③邀请单位或个人信息：邀请单位名称或个人姓名、联系电话、地址、单位印章、法定代表人或邀请人签字等。 ④邀请人在中国注册的，应当提交营业执照和公司法人身份证复印件。
